Magnesium has been shown to have therapeutic value in treating conditions such as headaches, chronic pain, asthma, and sleep disorders. It has also been linked to a reduced incidence of conditions such as heart disease, hypertension and diabetes

Suggested use:

Apply spray onto clean dry skin and massage well until absorbed. An initial tingling reaction may occur but will generally subside with absorption.

Massage into your lower back, behind your knees and the tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime.

Can also be applied to upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
